Lyman Orchards Corn Maze Workers Needed

Sheehan High School will be participating in the Lyman Orchards Corn Maze Fundraiser again this fall.  This is a voluntary fundraiser where both students and parents are able to participate in the event. Siblings over the age of 14 may also participate.  Lyman Orchards needs people to work, assisting patrons who visit the corn maze.  You may be asked to work inside or outside the maze, or possibly to help out in the parking lot.  You will receive compensation for your time. Workers will receive the minimum wage hourly rate and you should expect to work approximately four hours per shift.  

100% of your money earned, including money earned by parents and/or siblings, will be credited to your individual music student account. The money credited to your account can be used to help defray the up-front cost of any Band/Chorus trip or music related expense, (Disney trip, apparel, banquet, etc.). 

Anyone working at the maze receives an official Corn Cop T-shirt and a lunch voucher good for a sandwich (hamburger, hot dog), chips and a drink.  Each volunteer will also receive a 10% discount card toward purchases at the Apple Barrel store.  

 

In the past, Lyman Orchards has asked for volunteers to work weekends/holidays beginning the end of August through the beginning of November.
